How to install threshold after tile is laid on large space? - tile threshold

Hello everybody, I installed the tile in 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. I did not take into account the need to limit and now I find myself in a quandary. I installed tile on board, so that its height at the back of the marriage and can not find products to fit the space. Can someone tell me what I should use or attempt to obtain these alignments?
