As with the rest of the world, I'm sure it would make exceptions on the basis of medical conditions ...

LED lamps (one person suggested) rapidly falling prices, so that actually could be a practical option. Another possibility would be to the gels on the filter, UV lamps are present offense. Finally, there is a clever dirty trick to avoid the problem! The prohibitions do not apply to the proposed landscape lighting low voltage (usually as Malibu) Fire! No big deal to the wall wart (transformer) used to light sockets or individual other than just run a chain of a wart on the wall power. I know many people with the solar wind and actresses that are used to prevent store losses due to higher energy prices in the standard AC Homega too.

Edit:

Just to clarify the use of light in the landscape. Those of us with the line of alternative energy sources instead of dedicated 12VDCs only for lighting and toys 12VDC from all others "that we have." Take the energy stored in batteries and a higher rate of return 'home' power supply has a considerable cost in terms of efficiency, you need much more power, a compact 110AC LED lamp run or walk on a 12vdc7w lamp!
On a more practical question, a processor can easily cost 12vdc500ma internal 4W landscape on the ground or 12vdc1000ma able to have a point, or 12W lamp landscape of the region. In any case, to provide sufficient light for reading or general illumination, has deflected when a white blanket. I have found in lamps for year, so I know what I mean.

I do not understand ... perhaps without racking my brains than you ... Do not use fluorescent lights. Why would someone who is sick with some kind of forced to light should be suspended?

It is as if one were to ask what they do when the people who are allergic to penicillin are forced to use penicillin ...

Sorry for your condition.

At one point, the LED is the way to go, but are too expensive to be considered in view of the entire house into consideration.

After the ban and continue trousers government and lobbyists for the environment than this ridiculous legislation.

There is no reason for compact fluorescent lamps more problems for people with porphyria. "Soft targets" or "warm white" compact fluorescent lamps are almost exactly the same spectrum of light as incandescent bulbs. Not at all like "Daylight" or "Cool White" fluorescent lamps that cause the problem ..
